About Mohamed adel
My name is Mohamed Adel, I’m 24 years old, and I’ve been passionate about sports for years, particularly bodybuilding and street workout.
I’ve transformed my own physique: I went through a bulking phase where I gained around fifteen kilos in one year, then lost the weight in a controlled way.
These experiences have allowed me to understand concretely what works… and what doesn’t.
I spend hours educating myself on nutrition and training in order to separate fact from fiction.
Today, I offer a scientifically proven method that involves no deprivation, is flexible, and is adapted to real life, to help you lose weight sustainably while still enjoying the pleasure of eating.
My goal: to support you with a realistic, effective approach that lasts over the long term.
