Hello. I'm MAKI.

I strive to provide lessons that are tailored to each student's needs, utilizing the communication skills I've cultivated through 20 years of work as a hairdresser

I interact with many customers every day, so I absolutely love and excel at listening to people. Let's relax and have a fun conversation in a warm, homey atmosphere, just like being in a Japanese hair salon.

What I value most is dialogue with my students.

First, please relax and share any concerns you have about Japanese, your aspirations, and your goals. I'd also love to hear about your interests, such as Japanese trends, fashion, beauty, and music.
Let's create the perfect lesson style for you together! ️

Australia is one of the countries I'd love to visit, and I'm very interested in its culture and lifestyle! ️ Please tell me all about Australia! Let's have fun cultural exchange together while expanding our vocabulary and expressions!

I'm currently studying French and English to communicate with my Belgian husband's family and friends.
I understand both the joy and the challenges of learning a new language. That's why I believe I can truly understand and support you through any frustration or anxiety you might feel when you can't speak fluently

・Natural everyday conversations, natural expressions, and interjections used by native speakers ️
・Practical, real-life Japanese expressions not found in textbooks, that you can use right away
・Situational phrases and Japanese conversations that you can actually use when traveling in Japan For example... ○Conversations when ordering and paying at izakayas and restaurants. ○Conversations when shopping at convenience stores.
○Conversations and Japanese phrases when going shopping for clothes. ○Japanese phrases you can use when you don't know the way.
○Japanese phrases you can use when ordering at a hair salon
○Japanese phrases you can use at airports and train stations.
• Topic-based free talk (Things you like, things you're interested in, your favorite foods, places you want to go and things you want to do on a trip to Japan, life in Japan, etc.) Let's have fun free talk on topics that interest you, expanding your vocabulary, and acquiring practical conversational skills and expressions

This is a relaxed, conversation-centered lesson I'll support you in English if you feel unsure Let's learn practical, real-life Japanese that native speakers actually use while having fun chatting For those planning a trip to Japan, I'll share lots of phrases you can use right away️ I'll also tell you about recommended spots and vintage clothing stores ♡
