After having graduated University of Cambridge studying Economics, I went on to study Machine Learning for my Master's at University College London. I achieved top grades with a distinction/first class degree in both of my dissertations.
I have extensive experience coding in Python, with multiple projects under my belt, ranging from Neural networks that predict genders from names, AI that can generate unique art, state-of-the-art optimisation algorithms, and very quick boosted trees for classification.
I also have experience in Rust and other programming languages.

I was never able to learn much in school. Luckily with today's technology there were other means to get the information in a way that made sense to me (online textbooks, YouTube videos, online forums, etc.). I want to cater towards people like me, who desire a different angle in order to fully understand ideas at a deeper level, and I like the challenge in providing a tailored experience to my students.
I have experience teaching Python and Machine Learning at a university level. My strongest suit is probabilistic deep machine learning (Bayesian methods and Gaussian Processes), but I also have experience is Natural Language Processing, Regression Trees, Reinforcement Learning and Graphical Models.
My experience has mainly been helping students struggling to get started with machine learning and Python, and have successfully taught my students how to build neural networks that work and the tools needed to embark on any Kaggle competition. I am also capable and keen of taking it to a more advanced level if desired.
I recommend lessons of 1-1.5 hours at a time, since this tends to be the perfect length of time to balance material and attention span.
I am currently a tech product lead for a startup in the space.
