About Briana
I’m a lifelong athlete with a passion for movement, performance, and education. I’ve played soccer for 25 years, competed as a powerlifter for 5 years, and play flag football. Alongside my athletic background, I’ve coached athletes in powerlifting, bodybuilding, and strength & conditioning, helping them train smarter and perform better. I’m also certified in nutrition and strength & conditioning, allowing me to take a well-rounded, evidence-based approach to fitness and physical education.

With 7 years of teaching experience, 15+ years of gym training, and a lifetime as an athlete, I combine academic knowledge with real-world application. My approach goes beyond just meeting requirements—I help students understand why movement matters, how to train safely and effectively, and how to build lifelong healthy habits. Lessons are engaging, practical, and tailored to each student’s ability, helping them gain confidence, improve performance, and succeed both in class and in life.
