About Gilly
To me, tutoring is the virtue of cultivating self-confidence in another individual via
active participation in a shared dialogue.
I have worked as a private tutor for a year, teaching mandarin to an adult learner as well as GCSE Maths & English to two children. As well as this, I have experience as teaching assistant at a primary school in Germany on my year abroad. During this time I bonded with the pupils and made friends with other members of staff, and I have seen how valuable participating in someone else's journey of education really is.
