About Janet
Hi, I am Janet, an SPM graduate who achieved an A+ in Chinese (Bahasa Cina). I specialize in teaching Mandarin to kindergarten and primary school students aged 4–9. My lessons are fun, interactive, and easy to understand, using colorful slides and simple exercises to help students build a strong foundation in speaking, reading, and writing. I focus on creating a patient and supportive learning environment where students can gain confidence and improve their Mandarin effectively. Looking forward to seeing you in my class!

My tutoring approach focuses on making Mandarin learning both effective and engaging for young learners. I use attractive and colourful PowerPoint slides to explain vocabulary, sentence structures, and reading materials in a clear and visually appealing way. For kindergarten and early primary students aged 4–9, I incorporate pictures, storytelling, and simple interactive activities to build basic listening, speaking, and vocabulary skills. I also provide exercises during and after lessons to reinforce understanding and encourage consistent practice.
Each lesson is 60 minutes long and structured with revision, introduction of new topics, guided teaching, practice exercises, and a short recap at the end to ensure understanding.
I am an SPM graduate who achieved an A+ in Chinese (Bahasa Cina), and I am passionate about helping students improve their Mandarin proficiency with confidence and interest.
My lessons are suitable for kindergarten and primary school students aged 4–9, whether they are beginners or students who need extra support in school Mandarin.
