About Tommy
I grew up on the Sunshine Coast, QLD, surrounded by the ocean and incredible natural landscapes. From a young age, I was fascinated by nature, the earth, and how everything is connected, which led me to explore science and, eventually, marine biology. As a surfer, I spent countless hours in the ocean, deepening my appreciation for marine ecosystems and inspiring me to learn more about how the natural world works and how we can protect it. This passion drove me to move to Melbourne to study Marine Biology at the University of Melbourne, where I developed a strong foundation in earth sciences, ocean conservation, and biological processes. Beyond my scientific background, I love helping others learn and grow. Seeing students gain confidence and thrive is incredibly rewarding for me, and I strive to make learning engaging, supportive, and tailored to each student’s needs. Whether you’re looking for help with coursework, exam preparation, or just a better understanding of science, I’m here to help you feel comfortable and succeed!
