About Pallavi
I am a marketing educator, researcher, and business analyst with a Ph.D. in Business Administration specializing in Marketing and Strategy. Over the past five years, I have served as a Doctoral Teaching Fellow and Research Assistant, teaching and mentoring hundreds of undergraduate and MBA students across subjects like marketing strategy, consumer behavior, brand management, and analytics.
Beyond academia, I bring three years of corporate industry experience as a Risk and Recovery Analyst at Cognizant, where I delivered enterprise business analytics, KPI reporting, and strategic insights for executive leadership using Power BI and advanced data tools. As a published scholar in ABDC- and Scopus-indexed journals, my research focuses on digital consumer psychology and online retail dynamics.
