About Timothy
My name is Timothy Allen, and I graduated from high school back in 2019 from Assumption College, Kilmore. Currently, I work part-time as a Marketing Officer for an Automotive company. I enjoy hanging out with friends, watching the AFL (hopefully the doggies win this year), and creating cool projects using recycled timber.
More recently, I completed a Bachelor of Marketing (Psychology) at Deakin University (2023), as well as a Certificate III in Carpentry (2024). I was able to complete both of these qualifications simultaneously, through learning the importance of studying efficiently, as well as prioritising my time. I worked 40-hour weeks as an apprentice, and studied 20+ hours a week.
I am incredibly keen to assist in shaping young minds, and build their confidence that is needed to succeed.

I take a gentle approach with my tutoring. Utilising both compassion and honesty, I guide my students towards their goals and aspirations in a respectful manner.
When I start tutoring a new student, I like to get an understanding of where they are currently at, where they would like to be in the future, and how they best learn. After this analysis, I develop an in-depth step-by-step action plan of how we will achieve their goals and aspirations.
Back when I was in Year 11, I tutored students between the year levels 7 - 10 in English, Health, Psychology and Mathematics.
I am now open to tutoring ALL high school year levels.
