About Robert
I hold a postgraduate degree in Political Theory and International Relations from the University of St Andrews, alongside a joint bachelor’s degree in History and Philosophy from the University of Glasgow. Primarily I support students aged 18 and above though I am also happy to assist younger learners.
I have extensive experience producing high-level academic work and have frequently achieved first class marks, particularly for essays requiring strong argumentation and clarity of expression and I would be delighted to help you do the same.
Through years of seminars and group based study, I have regularly supported peers in understanding difficult material, refining their writing, and gaining confidence in their ideas. I place strong emphasis on preparation, clarity of expression, and careful explanation tailored to my student's needs. If you don't understand something it would be my pleasure to guide you through it.
