About Nile
Born in France and raised between both countries, I’m a native French speaker with French citizenship and a French mother, so French isn’t something I studied; it’s the language I grew up living in. I’m currently a Year 11 student at Ballarat Clarendon College, where I have scored a VCE French Study Score of 46, learning different methods and strategies to help me understand, memorize, and apply knowledge in the most effective way. Furthermore, I’ve been a tennis coach for the past year, working with young kids, and I love passing on information in a clear and concise way. My personal experiences have taught me how to break things down, stay patient when someone’s frustrated, and make learning feel like progress instead of pressure. My lessons are relaxed, practical and built around what YOU need: conversational confidence, exam technique, or just understanding French Netflix without subtitles. My online lessons are tailored to your exact needs. You choose the focus: speaking, grammar, vocab, or exam skills. I understand what it feels like to learn a new language as I have successfully reached a fluent level of Spanish from scratch in 3 years. My online lessons are 100% built around YOU. You tell me what you need most; conversation confidence, VCE/IB exam technique, vocabulary, grammar, or all of it, and we focus there. We skip the boring theory and jump straight into doing: real-life role-plays, quick-fire games, active recall drills that actually stick, concept maps to make grammar make sense, and constant real-time feedback so you finish every lesson noticeably better. As a current VCE student who’s been through the exact same system, I know what resources work, which explanations click with teenagers, and how teachers mark.
