About Agusthya
I am a patient, approachable, and committed individual with a strong passion for teaching mathematics. During my undergraduate studies, I discovered my love for helping others understand complex topics by informally tutoring my peers and juniors. Teaching gives me a sense of purpose—seeing a student grasp a concept and grow in confidence is deeply rewarding. I believe every student has the potential to succeed with the right guidance and support. My goal as a tutor is not just to teach, but to inspire a genuine understanding and appreciation for the subject.

As a tutor with experience teaching peers and juniors during my undergraduate studies, I specialize in math from Year 8 to Year 12, including advanced topics like engineering mathematics. My approach is concept-driven, focusing on step-by-step explanations, interactive problem-solving, and adapting to individual learning styles. I encourage questions and critical thinking to build strong foundations. Lessons typically run for 60 to 90 minutes and are tailored to the student’s curriculum and goals. My aim is to make math approachable and engaging, helping students gain both confidence and competence in the subject.
