About Ammar

I am a PhD Engineer, university professor, researcher, and multidisciplinary design and technology educator with more than 25 years of experience in engineering, 3D modelling, visualization, technical drawing, architecture-related software, computer graphics, and professional digital applications.

I have taught and supported students, architects, interior designers, engineers, product designers, researchers, professionals, and career-transition learners. My experience ranges from basic spatial modelling and software foundations to complex architectural scenes, product visualization, rendering, technical presentation, and 3D animation.

My teaching philosophy is based on a clear principle: strong 3D work depends on understanding form, space, materials, light, and visual communication—not merely knowing software commands.

I explain why a modelling technique is appropriate, how geometry should be structured, how scene organization affects performance, how materials and lighting create realism, and how cameras and composition influence the final message. I also teach students how to diagnose problems such as distorted geometry, poor topology, incorrect scale, texture stretching, excessive noise, weak lighting, and inefficient rendering.

My expertise includes:

• Autodesk 3ds Max, V-Ray, Blender, Rhinoceros 3D, and Cinema 4D
• Polygonal, subdivision, spline, NURBS, surface, and hard-surface modelling
• Architectural, interior, product, furniture, and engineering visualization
• Materials, textures, UV mapping, lighting, cameras, composition, and rendering
• V-Ray, Arnold, Cycles, Eevee, and related rendering workflows
• Object, camera, product, mechanical, and architectural animation
• AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects when relevant
• Scene optimization, asset organization, file exchange, troubleshooting, and portfolio development

Lessons are personalized to your level, software, project type, and objectives. I can help you learn systematically from the beginning, solve a specific technical problem, complete an assignment, improve an existing model or render, prepare a portfolio, or develop a complete visualization or animation project.

My goal is to help you become more accurate, creative, efficient, and independent. You should leave each lesson understanding not only how to perform the required steps, but also why the workflow works and how to apply it to future projects.

3D modelling becomes much easier when geometry, materials, lighting, cameras, rendering, and animation are treated as one connected visual-development process.

My lessons help you move beyond memorizing isolated commands. You will learn how to understand the form you are creating, select the appropriate modelling method, organize the scene correctly, produce convincing materials and lighting, solve technical problems, and develop clear, professional visual results.

Each lesson is personalized to your current level, software environment, academic course, design project, portfolio objective, or professional task. We begin by identifying your existing skills, the required output, the reference material, and the main conceptual or technical difficulties. We then establish a focused and practical learning plan.

The first free lesson combines a discussion of your background, objectives and tutoring needs, an initial assessment of your current knowledge, personalized planning and scheduling, and a short trial lesson so that we can determine the most effective way to work together.

• Cinema 4D
• AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects when they support the project workflow
• Additional render engines, plugins, and conversion tools may be introduced according to your project

M- PORTFOLIO, ACADEMIC, AND PROFESSIONAL PROJECTS
• Architectural visualization, interiors, exteriors, product design, furniture, exhibition spaces, engineering models, and animation
• University assignments, design presentations, portfolio projects, competition entries, and professional client work
• Scene review, modelling correction, material improvement, lighting refinement, render optimization, and final presentation

A typical lesson may include concept explanation, software demonstration, guided modelling, scene review, troubleshooting, technical correction, and refinement of the final visual result.

You may bring your own drawings, plans, references, model, scene file, assignment, design concept, or professional project. I can also provide structured exercises adapted to your level.

My objective is not merely to show you where a command is located. It is to help you understand how geometry, materials, lighting, cameras, rendering, and animation work together so that you can create accurate, efficient, and visually convincing 3D projects independently.

Details

The first free lesson is a structured introductory and trial session. We will briefly introduce ourselves—including your academic or professional background and my relevant expertise—clarify your objectives, deadlines and tutoring needs, and assess your current knowledge through discussion and a short diagnostic activity. We will then establish a focused learning plan and schedule for future lessons. The remaining time will be used for a short trial lesson on a representative concept or problem, allowing you to experience my teaching approach before deciding whether to continue.
