About Edward

As a Piano tutor, I believe every student can succeed with the right guidance and dedication. With 8 years of experience teaching college students, I create lessons that are engaging, encouraging, and adapted to individual learning needs.

My teaching style is calm, patient, and practical. I explain every topic in simple English and use real playing demonstrations that make learning easier. Students are encouraged to build confidence through regular practice and active participation.

I use innovative methods such as digital music tools, ear training, rhythm practice, visual demonstrations, and personalized learning activities. These methods help students develop both technical skills and musical creativity.

Students improve note reading, scales, chords, finger techniques, posture, rhythm, and expressive playing. I offer continuous support and constructive feedback that helps students enjoy steady improvement.

About the lesson

My teaching approach is based on communication, creativity, flexibility, and patience. I believe students should enjoy every lesson while building strong technical skills and musical understanding. Every class is carefully designed to match the student's experience and learning pace.

Students begin by mastering posture, hand position, finger exercises, rhythm, note reading, and music theory. They gradually progress to scales, chords, dynamics, pedal techniques, expressive performance, articulation, sight reading, and musical interpretation.

I explain every concept through demonstrations, practical activities, and listening exercises. Students receive personalized guidance, regular feedback, and effective practice plans that encourage continuous progress.

Students strengthen creativity by learning music from different genres, improvising, accompanying songs, and exploring their own musical ideas.

Besides piano, I teach keyboard, ear training, rhythm development, music theory, sight reading, beginner composition, music appreciation, and performance skills.

My goal is to help students become confident musicians who enjoy learning and sharing music with others.
