About Vela
I am a dedicated piano tutor with 9 years of teaching experience, guiding students through ABRSM, Rockschool, and university-level piano exams. I hold a Licentiate of Music in Piano (LMusA), which reflects my strong technical foundation and musical understanding. I am passionate about helping each student unlock their creative and technical potential. Every learner is unique, so I tailor my lessons to their goals, whether they aim to perform, pass exams, or simply enjoy playing. I focus on building solid technique, musicality, and confidence through structured exercises and engaging repertoire. My teaching approach combines practical skill-building with creative exploration. I encourage students to experiment with expression and interpretation while developing precise technique. Lessons are interactive, enjoyable, and designed to inspire steady progress. Lessons are tailored to each student’s goals and pace, giving them the freedom to explore music they love.
