About Hemanksh
I am Hemanksh Gupta, a Public Speaking, Leadership, and Interview Preparation Mentor passionate about empowering young minds through communication, confidence, and leadership. Over the years, I have participated in 200+ Model United Nations conferences, debates, public speaking competitions, and leadership events, earning multiple Gold Medals, trophies, and recognitions for excellence in speaking and diplomacy.
Apart from mentoring students, I am also the Founder and Chairman of YMUN, one of Himachal’s largest international youth conferences dedicated to empowering students through leadership, global discussions, diplomacy, and impactful learning experiences. Through YMUN, I have worked with students from different backgrounds and helped create opportunities for young leaders to grow, connect, and express their ideas confidently on national and international platforms.
My mentorship focuses on practical communication skills, stage confidence, leadership development, interview preparation, critical thinking, personality enhancement, and public speaking mastery. I believe that effective communication is one of the most powerful skills a student can develop, not only for competitions and academics but also for future careers and personal growth.
My sessions are interactive, supportive, and designed to help students overcome stage fear, improve self-confidence, strengthen body language, and become impactful speakers. Whether you are preparing for debates, MUNs, interviews, presentations, anchoring, or leadership roles, my goal is to guide and mentor you into becoming a confident communicator and future leader capable of inspiring others with clarity and confidence.
