About Olga

As an instructor, I have balanced combination of strictness and kindness to create an effective learning environment. I am confident that our classes will be beneficial, providing you with valuable information and insights. My experience extends to working with a wide range of ages, from 3 to 16 years old, allowing me to establish a common ground and effectively connect with children of all ages. Together, we will create a positive and engaging atmosphere that fosters growth and development in rhythmic gymnastics.

About the lesson

I have a big experience in both the physical and psychological aspects of training process. I can teach you the basic, fundamental gymnastics elements, including splits, bridge, cartwheel, rolls, balance and turns. I can also assist you if you already have an advance level which involves routines with apparatus such as hoop, ball, ribbon etc. Together, we will work towards improving your technique and performance.
