About Akanksha

My name is Akanksha, and I am a postgraduate student at King's College London in the English department. A graduate in English literature, language and culture have always kindled my curiosity and the deeper I went, the satisfaction increased. There are so many layers to literally any work of art, it's mind-boggling. I used to be a teacher of English back in India, and therefore besides learning, imparting knowledge has also been a part of my passion. I love to culminate in students several ideas, which they can then use to read a piece of work through more than one lens. I am also an artist, therefore art and literature come together in my world, and I like to teach my students to have a cross-discipline approach to the subject as well. I can promise a wonderful time besides good grades if you choose me as your teacher.

About the lesson

Learn with me to use different mediums such as watercolours, graphite, acrylics, oil pastels, and even digital illustrations on Autodesk Sketchbook, Procreate and Ibis Paint. Master whatever medium you are most comfortable with and help me take you through the journey of finding your unique art style. Hope to teach you soon!
