About Elisha
I am Elisha Ayaya, a 2nd Dan WTF certified black belt instructor with Blue Flame Taekwondo and Self Defense Academy.
Blue Flame Taekwondo and Self Defense Academy is founded and managed by Kwanjannim David (a 4th Dan Kukkiwon Black belt).
We have over 20 certified instructors to help with your taekwondo training.
Over the years, taekwondo has played a significant role in keeping its practitioners fit, healthy and flexible. Health is wealth and taekwondo focuses above all things on boosting good health.
No one plans for trouble but you can only ensure that if it comes you'll walk out safe and victorious and that part is also a priority in taekwondo.

Basic Classes consists of basic taekwondo stances, punches, blocks, basic drills and exercises
Intermediate Classes consists of body conditioning, intermediate drills, use of body as weapon, defense on street.
Advance classes embodies locks, throws, spinning kicks, weaponry and lots more.
