About Donald
Bow hair meeting string creates a distinct, resonant vibration that grounds the entire studio. During our sessions, we address rhythm, timing, and theory to build a comprehensive foundation.
My lessons draw on my Master of Music from the Schulich School of Music to provide orchestral-grade guidance. Beginners find a structured environment, while self-taught players discover clarity in their technique.
We examine classical repertoire with attention to nuance and performance. I offer 13 years of experience to help intermediate learners break through stubborn technical plateaus. Sometimes, we focus exclusively on sight reading to sharpen your musical reflexes.

Music was not my first chosen path, but it became my primary language. I started as a violin student at the Conservatoire and eventually integrated voice as a strong secondary discipline. 13 years of experience have taught me that technical precision must coexist with artistic intuition.
I focus on scales, arpeggios, and the essential mechanics of vibrato to help you succeed. Whether you are returning to the instrument or starting for the first time, my methods remain grounded.
