About Jasmine
Bonjour, je m'appelle Jasmine! I am a C1 level French Speaker of almost 10 years and am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Primary Education and European Languages at Monash University. My love for French took off when I took my first lesson in Year Seven, and after having just returned from spending a semester living and studying in Paris, that passion has only grown stronger.
I’m eager to share my enthusiasm and skills with students of all levels at an affordable rate. As a final-year pre-service teacher and also a learner of French, I understand the challenges of mastering a second language. Therefore, I strive to create a fun and comfortable environment that shows students anyone can succeed in learning French!
I’m particularly interested in spoken French, as I believe it’s the most practical skill that unlocks the French-speaking world. Having travelled to Mauritius and lived in Réunion Island, I highly value immersion and aim to incorporate that into my lessons.

I am offering completely personalised sessions with individuals who would like one on one support to progress their French! I can work with you on speaking, writing and reading skills, and am enthusiastic about passing on my knowledge which is constantly evolving as a learner myself. I am open to teaching any and all ages, and my priority is working with you to achieve your personal goals.
By combining my skills as a pre-service teacher of three years and my personal experience of learning French as a second language, I can offer engaging interactive and inspiring lessons in a relaxed and patient environment.
