Hello!
I am a professional educational consultant, diagnostician, and interventionist with an extensive background in special education and literacy instruction.
My approach is rooted in diagnostic precision: I don't just teach the material—I look closely at how a student processes language to identify exact strengths and growth areas. Whether working with early readers who need systematic decoding support or advanced students analyzing complex texts, I design structured, engaging, and individualized lessons that build lasting confidence and academic success.
Every student learns differently. My sessions move away from a one-size-fits-all model by utilizing targeted interventions, pinpointing specific learning gaps, and addressing them directly with explicit instruction; using clear, step-by-step frameworks that remove confusion; and a supportive environment that cultivates a space where students feel safe making mistakes, asking questions, and discovering a genuine love for language and learning.
What We Can Cover
Phonics & Spelling: Multi-sensory, systematic phonemic awareness and spelling strategies designed to break down decoding barriers and build reading fluency.
Grammar & Mechanics: Clear, explicit rule breakdowns paired with practical application so writing becomes clear, correct, and natural.
Creative Writing: Imaginative guidance helping students construct powerful narratives, develop their unique voice, and master story structure.
English Literature: Engaging text analysis, critical thinking development, and comprehension strategies tailored for school success or personal enrichment.
Content-based Vocabulary: Grant Writing, Screenwriting, Narrative Writing, IELTS Study, and Elementary Mathematics
ESL/EFL: Youth and Adult Literacy, Business English
All ages and levels welcome!

Pricing: $400 – $500 per cycle
Tier 2: IEP Intervention Plan — Academic & Related Service
Focus: Academic interventions integrated with related service coordination (e.g., speech-language pathology, occupational therapy/sensory integration goals).
Pricing: $650 – $800 per cycle
Tier 3: IEP Intervention Plan — Academic & Behavioral
Focus: Dual-focus addressing both core academic deficits and a functional behavior assessment (FBA) or behavioral intervention plan (BIP) integration.

CASE MANAGEMENT & ADVOCACY
Tier 0. BASELINE The Entry Point: Consultative Intake & File Audit
Required Prerequisite: A one-time onboarding audit and strategic intake for any outside or third-party case brought to Verenta.
What it covers: Comprehensive review of existing external records (historical FIEs, outside psychoeducational testing, past IEPs/504 plans, medical/therapeutic notes) to establish baseline compliance and performance standing.
Pricing: $350 flat-rate deposit-onboarding audit fee per student.
Internal vs. Third-Party Case Management Distinction
Third-Party Case Management: Managing files, external records, and school districts where the testing or intervention was executed by an outside agency (governed by the $350 audit + Core Case Management retainer).
In-House Contractor Management: Streamlined oversight for cases where Verenta conducted the original assessment or manages the active in-house intervention staff. Because the diagnostic baseline and execution lines are natively integrated into your internal systems, onboarding audits are applied or simplified, focusing purely on ongoing progress monitoring and internal team synchronization under your subscription framework; this fee is applied toward the costs of an assessment plan.
Tier 1. Standalone Advocacy Service
Focus: Single meeting prep, document review, or direct representation/attendance at a specific school or administrative conference (e.g., an isolated IEP, 504 review, or staffing session) without committing to a full monthly retainer.
Pricing: Billed at the hourly practitioner rate ($125 – $175 per hour) with a pre-established minimum hour block.
Tier 2: Partial Case Management & Resource Plan (Monthly Subscription)
Focus: A distant, agency-style oversight model. Verenta maps the student's holistic needs, proactively packages and sends targeted individualized resources (e.g., curated referral letters, provider connections, specialized templates, and strategic email drafts), and equips the family to navigate. The client retains responsibility for direct execution and follow-through.
Pricing: $350 – $450 / month (reflecting a lighter-touch, resource-forward subscription model).
Tier 3. Annual Case Management Monthly Retainer Program
Focus: Comprehensive, ongoing remote oversight of the student’s educational roadmap.
Pricing: $750 / month (includes active monthly oversight and designated meeting representation hours; additional complex hours billed at the standard practitioner rate).
Tier 4. Three-Year ReEval Annual Retainer Program
Focus: Long-term, multi-year strategic case management and advocacy covering a full three-year re-evaluation cycle. Ensures seamless continuity of services, longitudinal progress tracking, and continuous institutional advocacy across multiple academic years.
Pricing: $7,200 per year ($600/month equivalent, paid annually or via scheduled multi-year milestones; representing a bundled multi-year loyalty rate).
INSTRUCTIONAL SUPPORT & TRAINING
Tier 0: BASELINE Licensing of Curriculum and Instructional Materials
Focus: Intellectual property and digital or physical toolkit access.
Service Elements: Annual licensing of Verenta Education's proprietary intervention frameworks, multi-sensory literacy guides, progress-monitoring trackers, and specialized instructional toolkits for schools, independent educators, or homeschool co-ops.

Focus: Faculty, staff, or parent training modules.
Service Elements: Structured workshops and training sessions on explicit teaching routines, multi-sensory methods, dyslexia identification, data tracking, or sensory environmental design.
Pricing Model: Per-module/workshop flat rate ($450 – $750 per training module) or institutional daily rates ($2,500 – $3,500 for full-day intensive in-service training).
Tier 2: Instructional Coaching & Consultation
Focus: Targeted, skill-building guidance for educators, parents, or paraprofessionals executing intervention strategies.
Service Elements: One-on-one or small-group coaching sessions, strategy alignment, environmental setup guidance, and consultative review of student progress.
Pricing Model: $150 – $200 per session or structured as a $500 monthly retainer block.
Tier 3: Facilitation & Advocacy
Focus: High-touch operational execution, compliance management, and direct institutional representation.
Service Elements: Overseeing intervention delivery, managing student roadmaps, coordinating between teams, and providing direct advocacy representation (attending IEP/504 meetings, staffing conferences, and dispute resolutions).
Pricing Model: Hourly practitioner rate ($125 – $175 per hour), typically billed against pre-purchased monthly retainer blocks or active case management plans.
Tier 4: Action Research Case Study Partnership.
The Incentive: Clients who agree to participate in Verenta’s anonymized Action Research tracking receive a 15% to 20% discount across their subscription, intervention, or case management packages.
The Client Commitment: The family or school grants Verenta permission to track longitudinal progress data, qualitative feedback, and intervention outcomes to be published as an anonymized case study or white paper.
Data Privacy & IRB-Style Protocol: Assure clients that all student identifying information is strictly anonymized, aligning with professional research ethics and data protection standards.
The Deliverable: At the end of the research cycle (e.g., a semester or academic year), the participating family or school receives a comprehensive "Longitudinal Progress & Efficacy Report"—giving them a deep, data-rich analysis of the student's growth that they can share with private schools or future evaluators.
