About Naveen
My name is Naveen Kumar Kokkula, and I bring over 20 years of combined experience in luxury hospitality operations, higher education, and vocational training (VET). Currently, I serve as a full-time lecturer for graduate students. I hold a Master’s in Business and a Graduate Diploma in Events Management from Victoria University, along with a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116), ensuring compliance with Australian education standards. My academic and industry background allows me to integrate real-world practices with academic theory, creating engaging and practical learning experiences.

Qualifications and Experience • Master’s in Business (Hospitality Management) – Victoria University. • Graduate Diploma in Events Management – Victoria University. • Bachelor of Hotel Management and Catering Technology – Osmania University. • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) – Essential for VET compliance. • Over 20 years of experience in hospitality and education, including: o Program Coordinator for Bachelor of Tourism and Hospitality Management. o Sessional Lecturer for undergraduate and postgraduate programs. o Front of House Trainer and Learning & Development roles in major hospitality organizations.
