I am Chaitanya, a Data Science Master and Electronics Engineer with a lifelong passion for Mathematics. From mastering advanced Calculus in my engineering undergrad to applying complex Statistics in my Data Science Master’s, Math has been the foundation of my career.
I specialize in helping students who feel 'stuck' or 'intimidated' by Math. My professional background allows me to break down complex topics into simple, logical steps. My 4-Step Math Success Plan:
Diagnostic: Identifying specific 'logic gaps' from previous school years.
Visualization: Using Data Science and Engineering examples to show how Math works in the real world.
The 'I Do, We Do, You Do' Method: I solve a problem, we solve one together, then the student tackles one independently to build 100% confidence.
Exam Strategy: Teaching time-management and "check-your-work" techniques for school tests.
My teaching approach is built on 'Conceptual Scaffolding.' I don't just ask students to memorize formulas; I show them the logic behind them.
A typical 60-minute lesson includes:
The Warm-up (10 mins): Reviewing the previous lesson and clearing any 'stuck' homework points.
Concept Breakdown (20 mins): Introducing the new topic using real-world engineering or data science examples to make it relatable.
Guided Practice (20 mins): Solving problems together step-by-step.
Independent Challenge (10 mins): The student solves a final problem alone to build confidence.
