This is Ankita! I prefer not to identify myself as an instructor, rather I am simply a fellow learner looking forward to share my love for literature.
I hold a Masters degree in English Literature from Presidency University. Currently I am invested in academic writing and publishing research papers in various journals.

Every text is a kaleidoscope. To understand literature is to open up to the possibilities of Uncertainty. I will start by historically contextualising each text and then move on to its semiotic setting before finally settling down to discussing the symbolic content.
I will try to follow a mind mapping technique where both the points of convergence and of departure between a particular text and its larger generic template is visually elucidiated through PowerPoint presentations and interactive games.
My aim will be to guide students through the process of interpreting a text such that each is enabled to relate with it at both a personal and an academic level which makes sure that every one has an unique amd original take on that text when it comes to writing answers.
Every class will be followed by a doubt clearing session and besides organizing weekly mocks and tests, I will also commit myself to reading sessions where interactive debates on literature and popular culture will help sharpen speaking and intellectualising skills of students.
