About Paula
I have given over 260 presentations to over 6,000 students about food ethics, civic engagement, or political organizing. I have 12 years of organizing/leadership experience and have traveled worldwide to activist conferences. I have also exhibited my work worldwide, including a solo show at the Embassy of Argentina in Washington DC.

I encourage my students to think critically about the information they encounter. Since the facts of today are the myths of tomorrow and we live in a society that is constantly evolving, I believe that students who think critically when encountering new information have a strong intellectual advantage over other students that simply repeat what they are told from a teacher.
