About Keegan
I have been interested in fitness since starting university 4 years ago. Back then I did not have the knowledge to build a proper program as I do now and it led to many setbacks and plateaus. This caused me to step away from the conventional "bro science" approach to fitness and put real effort into learning about and understanding the body's mechanics and the various facets of physical development. The results of my exploration and experimentation in the gym have shown massive results and have allowed me to develop a program for myself which is effective, sustainable and (most importantly) not likely to fall apart because of a setback or break from productivity.
