About Rahna
Hello future students,
My name is Rahna, and I am currently pursuing my Master’s degree in New Zealand. I have a strong academic background in Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, and Programming, along with previous experience as an Assistant Professor and educator. Teaching has always been my passion, and I enjoy helping students understand concepts in a simple and practical way.
Throughout my teaching journey, I have worked with students from different academic levels and helped them improve their problem-solving abilities, subject understanding, and confidence in learning. My experience in engineering and programming also allows me to explain analytical and technical concepts clearly and patiently.
As someone who understands the challenges students face during their studies, I aim to create a friendly, supportive, and comfortable learning environment. I can assist with homework, assignments, exam preparation, study techniques, and concept revision. My lessons are flexible and can be conducted both online and in person, depending on the student’s preference.
My goal is not only to help students achieve better academic results but also to make learning enjoyable and build their confidence in the subject.

Kia Ora,
I am a flexible and supportive tutor offering both online and in-person lessons. I enjoy helping students build confidence in Mathematics, Physics, and other science subjects through clear explanations and problem-solving practice.
My lessons are usually 1–2 hours long, where I first assist students with their school homework and assignments, followed by a review of the concepts and theory covered in their classes. I also take time to understand each student’s strengths and areas for improvement so I can adapt my teaching style to suit their learning needs.
My goal is to create a comfortable and encouraging learning environment that helps students improve their understanding, academic performance, and confidence in the subject.
