About Max

I'm Max, a first-year student in Math & Physics at the University of Toronto.

I actually disliked math for most of my life; I know what it's like to feel behind. Especially in math, it's very easy for small deficiencies to pile up and overwhelm students. Fortunately, I was able to improve at math, and learned to love it enough to choose it as my program at UofT.

My end goal is to improve students' ability, confidence, and maybe even their enjoyment of math.

Do I need to say anything else? I like movies, history, and trivia games.

About the lesson

- I want to teach understanding so students can be prepared for the entire class as well as the current topic
- Can work through classwork/homework together
- I can also provide practice problems
- Online sessions most flexible, in-person also possible
- I really love physics and math, and will carry that enthusiasm to lessons
