About Kiera
I have been tutoring for 8 years. I have a Civil Engineering degree and decided to get back into tutoring STEM based classes with a focus in Math. I have taught well over 20 students with all of them achieving their personal goals i.e.; higher grades on test, quizzes and homework assignments, better study habits and organization skills, more confidence and self- esteem in themselves. I dedicate a lot of time in understanding each students strengths and places we need to work on.

My teaching approach is the same for all my students. I observe how they learn, ask questions on what they understand question them on their understanding. We do lots of practice problems and from time to time I will assign take home practice problems for review and quizzes to check mastery of topic
