I worked at a charter school for two years and have volunteer many hours at schools. As a result I have develop many teaching techniques according to learning styles of students. We ofter have brain exercises and try to develop analytical thinking and encourage
kids to finds different way to solve a problem. This techniques help students not only to understand the topic we are studying but also have a more "open mathematical approach" for future math classes.
