About Élise

My passion for mathematics developed from a fascination with patterns, logic, and structured reasoning. I earned an M.Sc in Mathematics Education, where I studied advanced mathematical concepts alongside effective teaching strategies. Over the past 12 years, I have worked with students across elementary school math, middle school math, geometry, algebra, and SAT math, helping them overcome anxiety and build confidence. I teach with empathy, patience, and adaptability, ensuring explanations align with each learner’s pace and learning style. I use visual aids, real-life examples, and step-by-step reasoning to make abstract ideas accessible. Many students who initially struggle gradually become confident and independent thinkers.
