About Tariq
I hold a First class honours degree in Mathematics and postgraduate degree in Actuarial Science. I have enjoyed teaching Mathematics for several years both privately and within schools in a number of London boroughs, covering all disciplines of the subject. My aim is to make individuals excel in their studies and gain the highest level that they are all capable of achieving. I work in the Private Banking sector and am more than happy to discuss career routes and options with students, if necessary.
I prepare my students for 11+, SATS, GCSEs and A-Levels in Mathematics. I also teach Statistics at A-Level. Homeworks are set weekly and end of topic tests are given to monitor the performance and improvement of my students.

With access to resources from a number of schools my approach ensures that students are ahead of the curriculum. In essence school lessons become revision sessions where my students already have an insight of what is being taught. In the current conditions, it is extremely difficult for teachers to give adequate time to each and every pupil. Consequently many students are left bewildered and often find themselves falling behind. Although new to this platform, I have been tutoring for a number of years and have assisted many students to improve their understanding and ability in maths.
