About Soren
My interest in mathematics began when I discovered how logical thinking can be used to solve complex problems. I enjoyed exploring patterns in numbers and understanding how formulas describe relationships between quantities. This curiosity encouraged me to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and later complete a Master’s in Mathematics to deepen my knowledge of the subject.
Over the past 9 years, I have worked with students who wanted to improve their mathematical understanding for school, university studies, and examinations. Through teaching experience, I noticed that many learners struggle with mathematics when they attempt to memorize formulas without understanding the reasoning behind them. Because of this, I focus on helping students understand the ideas behind each method so they can apply them confidently.
My teaching approach emphasizes patience, clarity, and regular practice. I encourage students to ask questions, explore different problem-solving techniques, and develop confidence in their reasoning skills. Helping learners overcome their fear of mathematics and discover satisfaction in solving problems is one of the most rewarding parts of my teaching work.

My mathematics lessons focus on helping students develop a clear understanding of mathematical ideas and how different concepts connect with each other. Mathematics is not only about solving equations but also about developing logical reasoning and structured thinking. In my lessons, I explain mathematical concepts step by step so students can understand how each idea works before moving to more complex problems. This approach helps learners build confidence and gradually improve their problem-solving abilities.
The lessons usually begin with important foundational topics such as number operations, algebraic expressions, and equations. Students learn how numbers interact, how variables represent unknown values, and how mathematical relationships are expressed through formulas. These topics help learners develop a strong base that supports further learning in advanced mathematical areas.
As students progress further, lessons expand into topics such as geometry, functions, and analytical problem solving. Students practice solving different types of questions that strengthen both reasoning and accuracy. My goal is to help learners understand that mathematics follows logical patterns, and once those patterns become clear, solving problems becomes a much more confident and enjoyable experience.
