Julia has helped many young vulnerable people to aspire and reach their goals.
Her parents were foster carers and Julia helped the young people overcome many fears of their educational abilities whilst dealing with many anxieties.
Even when she left home to go onto University herself she would put time aside during evenings and weekends to help the children in her parents care.
The young people's grades went up and the children's ambitions grew the schools noticed the childrens' anxiety levels dropping and in turn for many their behaviours improved.
Julia has a kind level headed understanding of the school day and her mentoring skills are second to none and the proof is in the pudding one of the young people she mentored and helped is now in the second year of university. When this young person first stated with Julia the grades being obtained were all below E with the help and understanding of Julia her grades of the GCSEs gained were C and above. This helped the young person to go on and do A levels and then on to University having gained the confidence to do so.

From a very diverse background living and looking after foster children from all backgrounds. Very friendly with a great attitude who gets stuck in with any task provided. Has achieved great Goethe’s at Newcastle University. Would highly recommend.
