About Dale
I am a patient, organised and approachable person who enjoys helping others understand topics they may initially find difficult. I believe that mathematics becomes much more manageable when it is explained clearly and students are given the opportunity to practise without feeling pressured.
I decided to start tutoring because I want to help students become more confident in their mathematical abilities and achieve the results they are working towards. I take my responsibilities seriously and put effort into preparing lessons that are structured, focused and adapted to the needs of the students.
Most importantly, I want to create an environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and learning from them.

My lessons are designed for students preparing for their MATSEC O-Level Mathematics examination who want to strengthen their understanding and improve their problem-solving skills.
Lessons are held in small groups, allowing me to give students more individual attention while maintaining an interactive and comfortable learning environment. Each lesson is 2 hours long and focuses on clearly explaining mathematical concepts, working through examples together and giving students plenty of practice.
As students progress, lessons will increasingly incorporate past-paper questions and exam-style exercises to develop confidence, improve technique and identify areas that need additional attention.
I am currently studying Mathematics, Statistics and Operations Research at the University of Malta. My aim is to make mathematics easier to understand by breaking difficult topics into clear, manageable steps rather than simply teaching students to memorise methods.
Lessons are suitable for Grade 10 and Grade 11 students, with separate groups according to their year level.
