About Sophie
In my spare time I love reading, baking and visiting theme parks! I want to teach because I enjoy helping students understand maths in a clear, simple way. As an engineering student, I know how important strong foundations are. I find it rewarding to build confidence, support progress, and see students go from feeling unsure to solving problems independently and believing in themselves.

Hi! My name is Sophie. I am currently studying for my engineering degree with the Open University. And I am passionate about helping young students build confidence in maths.
I offer patient, supportive tutoring tailored to each child’s needs—whether they’re finding maths tricky or want to push themselves further.
