My classes take the convenience of workout videos with the benefits of real-time personal and group fitness training.
My style of training depends on the class
Personal Training:
- 1-1 training session focused solely on you.
- Provides regular assessments in order to identify and correct limitations.
- Best for learning how to perform exercises, and to remove physical and mental barriers to exercise.
- The intensity of exercises vary based on student's fitness level.
Group Training
- Multiple people training during the same session.
- Participants perform exercises in a HIIT circuit style.
- High intensity.
