At work I teach classes of up to 20 students of varying ages but I have a passion for 1 2 1 support because I believe that in order to succeed individuals need to not only understand the topics covered in each course and be familiar with all relivent content but also to master applying the knowledge to gain clarity of understanding and unfortunately group classes are very hit and miss with this in mind where some do what is required but many expect to simply be handed all the answers and inevitably some form of qualification without truly earning it themselves or even attempting to learn anything.
