About Bongane
I am a dedicated and disciplined BEng Mechanical Engineering student at the Great University of Johannesburg with a strong academic foundation in Mathematics and Physical Sciences. My academic journey has strengthened my analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and structured approach to complex concepts, and I intend to bring these skills directly into my tutoring. I have more than 5 years of experience in tutoring, from when I was still in high school, and I have managed to help learners build confidence in Mathematics and Physical Sciences and reach greater heights in life. I am committed to delivering high-quality lessons tailored to each student's needs. I understand that Mathematics and Physics can be challenging, which is why I focus on ensuring students develop a genuine understanding rather than relying on memorization. I take pride in maintaining a respectful, focused, and results-driven learning environment.

My approach is concept-based and analytical, focusing on building a strong foundation before moving to advanced problem-solving. I believe that once a learner understands the principles behind a concept, applying it becomes natural and less intimidating. Upon the commencement of lessons, there's a brief diagnostic assessment to identify weak areas, followed by clear explanations, guided practice, and independent problem-solving. Each lesson is tailored to the learner's pace and academic goals.
I conduct lessons in English and/or Sesotho, and ensure that complex topics are broken down into simple, understandable steps. Learners can expect a disciplined learning environment where questions are encouraged and progress is consistently monitored.
My lessons are aimed at high school learners(Grades 10-12) who require support in Maths and Physics.
