About Sophia
I am an aspiring student who wishes to apply to Medical school after I complete my undergraduate degree. I started tutoring as I feel it is rewarding to help others understand subjects so that they can use the knowledge and apply it in daily life.

As a tutor, I am dedicated to ensuring my students fully absorb and understand the content by consistently using active recall techniques. I employ a variety of question formats, ranging from multiple-choice to long-answer six markers, to test and reinforce their knowledge comprehensively. I prioritize personalized learning by regularly asking my students how they feel about the topics, allowing me to tailor my lessons to their individual needs and preferences. This approach not only boosts their confidence but also fosters a deeper understanding and retention of the material.
