About Mohammed
I am a hard-working, young medical student who has a positive outlook towards life. I am a kind-hearted and patient individual who always strives for a challenge and is flexible with whatever situation comes. My friends have praised me for being caring and empathetic towards them, whilst also helping individuals in need. For instance, at school, I mentored students in Maths and Sciences and they commented how productive and organised my sessions were, as well as my ability to explain complex concepts at the level of the student. I am a good active listener, hence if students need assistance in specific topics, I am able to prioritise my time to plan sessions accordingly and create interactive and fun material to hook students and help them. In my free time, I love playing guitar, but also enjoy partaking in sports. If I am given this opportunity, I can make full use of my skills to help others in different settings.

My name is Mohammed Mahee and I am currently studying Medicine at Plymouth University. During my GCSEs, I received 4 9s, 2 8s and 5 7s and in my A-levels, I received 3As in Biology, Chemistry and Maths. I have some experience working with students in Maths and Sciences, as well as utilising the opportunity to help my cousins. Before the session, I will ask students/parents to provide me with a checklist of topics the students would like to cover, to which I prepare material such as PowerPoints and quizzes/past paper questions to assess knowledge. I will cater my sessions to the student's level then gradually build difficulty based on the student’s progress. Typically, session lengths are 60 minutes, going up to 120 minutes maximum in a day. I am hoping that I can encompass the knowledge I have gained up until now to help students achieve their goals.
