About Tanya
I am a medical student studying in London with over 2 years of experience in tutoring GCSE and A-level Biology. I started tutoring when I was in year 13, where I helped a year 11 student improve his Biology GCSE by 4 grades in just 6 months. I then went on to tutoring on the platform GoStudent, where I have helped many students excel in their exams and improve their understanding and confidence in Biology.
I have also achieved 3A*s in A-Levels Biology, Chemistry and Maths and I have achieved 9s in all sciences at GCSE level.

I have a teaching style centred around active learning, doing past paper questions, and practising exam techniques, which is very important to succeed at GCSE and at A-level. Moreover, I ensure I clearly explain all the core concepts. Constructive feedback on how the student can improve will be given regularly and I will ensure communication with parents about student progress.
