About Khwezi
Molweni.
I’m a medical student with a passion for understanding how the human body functions. Throughout my journey, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for how interconnected biological sciences are, which I would enjoy sharing this knowledge with others.
I studied Life Sciences in high school and completed part of a BSc Biological Sciences before transitioning into medical school. During my BSc studies, I learned how to study, manage my time efficiently, and approach challenging material with confidence. Many of these skills were developed through the guidance and support of various tutors across my modules.
This experience was a turning point and showed me the value of having the right support system. In combination with a positive attitude and discipline, it can make a difference in a student’s growth and success. Seeing this impact on my own development inspired me to help others in the same way.
I understand that the classroom environment is not always the most effective learning space for every student. Many students benefit from one-on-one sessions that provide the opportunity to engage more deeply with the content in a manner that feels encouraging rather than feeling pressure to keep up with the pace of a larger class.
Every student has the ability to succeed given the right support and it would be a privilege to play a role in helping students achieve their goals, the same way others have helped me reach mine. After all, no academic journey is walked alone.

My approach in teaching will be built around creating a supportive and engaging learning environment. Students will be made to feel comfortable with making mistakes as well as asking questions.
Every lesson will be tailored to the individual student’s needs and academic goals. I will guide students through reasoning behind concepts so they develop problem-solving skills that extend beyond the classroom environment.
As a medical student, I will implement practical study techniques that have helped me succeed in demanding science courses. Some techniques include spaced repetition, active recall and using diagrams & drawings to digest complex topics.
