About Zain
I am a second year medical student, having attained 3A* at A-level (Maths, Biology, Chemistry) and 11A* at GCSEs. I have experience in tutoring individuals and whole classes comprising of pupils at KS2, KS3, GCSE and A level, at my community centre since 2017, and through established tutoring organisations. I also offer mentoring and teaching for students applying for medical school. I have worked for several organisations that provide mentoring for students throughout the medical school application process, including UCAT (I got an average of 745) and BMAT (I got an average of 6.0) teaching, as well as personal statement and interview support.

I am a friendly, motivated tutor who thrives through a collaborative, personalised teaching approach. My whole ethos is based around constant improvement, maximising potential to achieve the best grades possible, and of course fun, interactive lessons! I aim to create a positive learning environment where no question is pointless and regular goals are met at the end of each lesson. I believe every student learns best in different ways. Therefore, I work together with each tutee to recognise their needs, adapt accordingly and provide a tailored teaching experience that best fits them, with regular progress reports.
