About Rohit

I teach meditation the way it’s meant to be experienced—simple, practical, and deeply personal. My journey began 15 years ago, when I was struggling with overwhelm and anxiety in the fast corporate world. I discovered Kriya Yoga and Vipassana, and those practices transformed my inner world completely. Since then, I’ve helped young professionals, entrepreneurs, and working parents overcome fear, overthinking, emotional chaos, and burnout. I don’t teach “techniques for perfection”—I teach inner mechanics of the mind, breath, sensations, thoughts, and emotions. My approach is gentle, non-religious, and grounded in neuroscience and ancient yogic wisdom. If you want to: • reduce anxiety • sleep better • improve focus • manage emotions • build inner stability • or simply learn how to sit with yourself… I can help you learn a way that fits your nature, not some rigid formula. My classes are designed for people who want real calm in real life—not just philosophy. Each session is simple, gentle, and personalised to your emotional and mental state.
We begin with a short conversation to understand what you’re feeling that day—stress, overthinking, anxiety, restlessness, or just the need to slow down. Based on this, I guide you through a specific form of meditation such as breath stability, body awareness, or emotion-centering.
The practice is easy to follow even if you’ve never meditated before. I use a step-by-step approach that helps your mind settle naturally, without forcing anything. Along with the meditation, you’ll also get insights from Kriya Yoga and Vipassana —explained simply, so you can apply them instantly.
Every session ends with 2–3 practical tools to carry into your day: emotional reset techniques, breathing methods, and small awareness practices to break patterns of anxiety, panic, and overthinking.
Students often describe the sessions as calming, grounding, and unexpectedly transformative. You will feel lighter, clearer, and more centred after each class.
The goal is not just to teach meditation—it is to help you understand the inner mechanics of your mind and build a peaceful, stable inner space that stays with you everywhere.
