About Hans
I am a teacher since 10 years. A language teacher at school , and counsellor to the needy . A certified trainer in Yoga and meditation and currently teaching the same. Positive results is what makes one feel much worthier of your accomplishments. And that , is what ultimate truth and Bliss I have experienced by teaching many people to meditate and explore the beauty within themselves .

I believe in making a person understand what he or she is doing and how it shall benefit his body and mind. So an introductory explaination is always given. Repetitions are necessary too because it stores better in mind . Recap ,self practice, Questions to tap the brain is all included in my way of teaching . And much clarity is what I seek.
