About Paolo
I have been practicing Hatha yoga for more than twenty years and it is my great passion together with cooking and healthy food. Through classes, courses, practice and personal study, I also learned techniques of meditation, breathing (pranayama), control of sensory activity, natural therapies, principles of Kriya and Raja yoga, vegan macrobiotic feeding. In 2016 I spent several months in India to deepen my knowledge of yoga from the source and get my degree for teaching yoga, TTC 200 hours.

Italian
Individual or group sessions of pranayama breathing, relaxation, meditation. Each activity can be the subject of a monographic session or treated as part of a more complex session. The duration of my classes is about an hour and a half. They can also be workshops from part-time to full-day or full-week courses.
