About Divyanshu

Although my family background is Hindu and spiritual, I started meditating at seventeen. After reading a particular book, my life changed forever. It gave me glimpses of that childhood purity, light, and transparent presence.
In order to know more, I dove deeply into practice, reading book after book. I traveled around India, researched and lived inside different philosophical traditions of Hinduism and Buddhism, followed a healing path, and explored shamanic practices. I kept asking questions, wanting to go deeper. Practice became my main sadhana. Traveling helped me understand the flow of life.
After moving to Europe I also embraced Jesus. For me all these paths are simply different routes to the same God, chosen according to one’s nature: contemplative, yogic, tantric, or any other.
Every day I follow a mix of bhakti and the non-dual tradition of Advaita Vedanta, together with other practices. I still sit, still learn, still try to go deeper. I love observing nature and remaining present. That is the ground from which I share.

About the lesson

In our lessons there is no fixed structure. Everything depends on the person in front of me: why you are here and what you hope to find from this journey. I begin by listening so the practice can adapt to you and to what that particular day asks for.

We may sit in silence, work with breath, self-inquiry, mindfulness, mantra, or simply explore the deeper questions that arise. The approach draws from the many traditions I have lived inside: Hindu and Buddhist practices, as well as the paths I met while staying in ashrams, temples, and monasteries across India.

I do not perform. Seeing teaching turned into a show feels wrong to me. Meditation has become content on YouTube and Instagram, and that changes its nature. Spiritual practice is sacred, and I keep it as pure as I can. My knowledge comes from lived experience, not books or courses. Fourteen years of practice, time spent across ashrams, Hindu temples, and Buddhist monasteries in India, along with some exposure to Sufi, and shamanic paths. I have traveled through much of India seeking this understanding, and most of what I teach traces back to Indian and Buddhist roots.

These lessons are for everyone: beginners and mid-life seekers alike. Online or in person, the simple hope is that you leave feeling more peaceful and that the session was useful to you.
