About Yogesh

For more than thirty years, I have walked the path of Mindfulness, guided by masters from many traditions and schools of thought. From each, I received something precious, and over time I learned to weave together the most meaningful aspects into a practice that has touched every part of my life—personal, professional, and social. I feel deeply grateful to life itself for the blessings of well-being, happiness, and peace that this journey has given me. Now, with humility and joy, I wish to share this essence with all—so that others too may discover the clarity, balance, and harmony it brings.

About the lesson

In one-to-one interactive sessions, the focus is on your individual needs—gently channeling your energies, first by learning to maintain physical poise, and then gradually exploring the core principles and practices of mindfulness. Through experiential exercises, you will systematically develop mindfulness skills that nurture confidence, clarity, and peace of mind—leading to greater success and happiness in life.

Meditation is a personal journey, an intimate path. It is about you, and only you.
